Stark Signals is a paid Telegram channel operated by Hegglin Trading GmbH (Zug, Switzerland). In the channel we post crypto trading signals and updates to existing signals, so you can decide for yourself whether and how to act on them.

With an active subscription you get access to the private Stark Signals Telegram channel for the booked term (monthly or yearly), including:

• new trading signals (e.g. symbol, direction, entry prices, targets and stop loss),
• updates to existing signals (e.g. changed targets, stops or trailing stops),
• our free guide on how to follow the signals in a structured, disciplined way.

We do not manage your money and we do not place trades for you. All decisions are yours.

No. The signals are non-binding information for educational and informational purposes only. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice and not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. If in doubt, seek advice from an independent, licensed professional.

Yes. Trading crypto assets and leveraged derivatives (futures) is highly speculative. Leverage amplifies losses as well as gains, positions can be liquidated, and you can lose your entire capital. Signals can be wrong, late or not executable at the stated price, and past performance is no indicator of future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose completely.

Both plans include the same access to the signal channel. Payment is made in advance for each billing period.

Subscriptions are handled entirely through our Telegram bot @StarkSignals_Bot:

• Open the bot and press Start.
• Choose the monthly or yearly plan.
• Pay securely via Stripe — by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

After successful payment, the bot sends you a personal, single-use invite link to the Stark Signals channel. The link is time-limited and works only once, so please use it right away and don’t share it. If your link has expired, contact us via the bot.

Send the command /abo to @StarkSignals_Bot. The bot gives you a link to the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription, update your payment method and view your invoices.

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

No refunds are given for billing periods that have already started, unless required otherwise by law. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current period. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

When your subscription ends — after an effective cancellation or a failed payment — you are removed from the channel automatically. You can subscribe again at any time via the bot.

No. Grok Bot (a desktop AI assistant) is completely optional. You can follow the signals manually on your exchange. If you’d like a structured, AI-assisted workflow where you still approve every order yourself, see our guide.

We never see your API keys and never need them. We have no access to your exchange account or your funds. Never share your API keys, passwords or 2FA codes with anyone — including people claiming to be from Stark Signals. We will never ask you for them.

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are not stored on our servers. For Telegram, we only process what is needed to manage channel access. Details: Privacy Policy.
