We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and the “Stark Signals” Telegram subscription (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) / GDPR where applicable).

What data

  • Website: technical server logs (IP address, time, user agent) and, where applicable, cookies required for operation.
  • Subscription/payment: data via our payment provider Stripe (card and payment data are processed by Stripe and not stored on our servers).
  • Telegram: Telegram user ID and chat data, to the extent required for access control to the signal channel.

Purpose and legal basis

Performance of the subscription contract, access to the channel, fraud prevention and statutory retention obligations.

Disclosure

To Stripe (payments) and Telegram (channel access). No disclosure to third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention

For as long as the subscription exists or statutory retention periods apply; thereafter deletion or anonymisation.
