Service

Access to the Telegram signal channel “Stark Signals” for the booked term (monthly or yearly).

Prices

CHF 50 per month or CHF 500 per year, payable in advance via Stripe. Prices include any statutory charges where shown.

Conclusion of contract and cancellation

The contract is concluded upon successful payment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period via the Stripe customer portal or the functions provided in the bot. No refunds for periods already started, unless required otherwise by law.

Access

After payment you receive a time-limited invite link to the channel. Access ends upon effective cancellation or failed payment.

Liability

The signals are non-binding information and do not constitute investment advice. Liability for lost profits or trading losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory liability (e.g. for intent or gross negligence) remains reserved.

Governing law

Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted: Zug, Switzerland.
